for me;
Will has the unique ability to empathize with anyone, meaning he can understand their thought processes, their point of view and opinions, and recognize their emotions through facial expressions, body language, etc. with relative ease. So much so that he often does this without necessarily intending to. Of course, this requires some infomodding to play properly, thus i have some permissions for people to fill out if they feel so inclined! just so i don't overstep any boundaries some may not be comfortable with.
